Where we ship

We ship to serviceable pin codes across India. We do not ship internationally yet.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being confirmed, on working days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 6 working days after dispatch. Remote locations, weather, festivals and courier delays can add time, and we will keep you updated if that happens.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 carry a flat shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment

You can pay in full online by UPI, card, net banking or wallet, or choose partial payment, where you pay part of the order online at checkout and the balance on delivery. Full cash on delivery is not available.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link from our courier partner.

Address and delivery attempts

Please check your address and phone number before ordering. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because nobody was available after the courier's delivery attempts, re-shipping is charged separately. If a partial payment order is refused at delivery, the shipping cost both ways is deducted from the amount you paid online and the rest is refunded.
