How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours on working days and usually arrive 3 to 6 working days after that.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on every order above ₹999. Below that, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout.

How can I pay?

In full online by UPI, card, net banking or wallet, or by partial payment: part online at checkout and the balance on delivery. Full cash on delivery is not available.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund.

What is your return policy?

You can return an unused product in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for the details.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video, and we will replace it or refund you in full.

How do I track my order?

We email you a tracking link when your order ships. You can also message us with your order number. See Track your order.

Do you ship outside India?
